Heart Attack: Liza -4K-

New model Liza is at home. She is relaxing when she feels a pain in her chest. She doesn't seem to be worried, but soon the pain gets stronger, she struggles to breathe and the pain spreads to her arm. Frightened, she immediately calls for help. After several minutes, a doctor and a nurse arrive and immediately connect the electrodes placed on the girl's chest to the monitor. Her heartbeat is irregular. After a short time, the girl is on the floor. The two rescuers begin CPR, with strong and deep chest compressions, along with MTM. After several cycles, the doctor brings in the AMBU and the defibrillator is used, administering shocks to the girl. Liza's body is shaken several times, but to no avail. The CPR cycles then continue, the Guedel cannula is inserted. More shocks from the defibrillator, more chest compressions and it is decided to intubate the girl. The endotracheal tube is placed and resuscitation continues. After numerous attempts, the girl finally recovers and can be transported to the emergency room.
