Lori in Trauma -4K-

Lori is in the ER after a home accident. She has a cervical collar and an oxygen mask. The doctors examine her, she is in pain. They start from her chest and move to her abdomen, then to her arms, legs and feet. Her heart is being monitored, but suddenly the alarms sound. Her clothes are cut off and CPR begins immediately. Chest compressions are alternated with AMBU bagging and shocks from the defibrillator. Lori is intubated and the maneuvers continue without stopping. After numerous cycles, her heartbeat finally starts again, but it doesn't last long. The girl goes into cardiac arrest again and the doctors have to start CPR again. Numerous cycles, numerous shocks that shake the girl's body, but her heart goes into asystole. Chest compressions and AMBU bagging continue until the rhythm is shockable again. After several minutes of trying, the girl recovers.
